Dennis basically picked everything out for me, which I'm thankful for, and unless we looked at the bathroom when we got home from work you would never have known Tim had been here. They came after we left for work and was gone by the time we got home and the rest of the house was just as we Ieft it that morning and as far as being trustworthy, we had no problem giving Tim the key to our home. Just wanted to take a few moments and tell you what a good experience I had with Chuck Hacker. He recently worked in our home on a Re-Bath project and I was totally pleased with his work and his work ethic. If he told me a certain time he would arrive, he was here promptly and proceeded directly with this project for the day. He worked alone on my bathrooms and was very meticulous on the job and on the clean up procedures which he used during everyday that he was here. I am writing to comment on the excellent work done by Mr. Sean Kehl in remodeling our master bath. Mr. Kehl did the entire job with only a small amount of help in the demolition. He installed a new Heritage marble shower, a new vanity, tiled the floor, did the plumbing and electrical work, installed hardware, did the required carpentry and painted, and unusual display of versatility. All of his work was extremely well done. In addition he was always courteous, pleasant and as unobtrusive as possible in carrying out the work. You are, in my opinion, fortunate to have such a fine employee.

I am writing in response to a siding contract your company just recently completed on my home. Wingler was one of fourteen companies contacted to submit a quote...I expected a quality product with good service in a timely manner at a fair price. One of the main things we wanted was a company who could provide special detail on the trim work along with the siding. My wife and I spent many hours driving throughout the Columbus area looking at jobs that were given as reference by other companies wanting our work. We found many of these homes to be attractive but...not the detail work we wanted for our home. Then along came Mr. John Moore from Wingler. John was very helpful in listening to our wants and concerns, then making suggestions for us to think about before making our final commitment. John was not just trying to make a sale but provide a good service with a satisfied customer upon completion. John did just that. After more hours of us looking at jobs completed by Wingler, we signed the agreement with John and he set up the dates to start our job. The installers, Denny, Sonny & Scott arrived on time and started off with a review of the work scope with my wife and I. They said they were here to satisfy us and be sure we would be happy...and they did just that. They were very thoughtful and went out of their way making trim pieces, to let us decide the style of trim we wanted on our home. They began their work every day on time and at the end of each day their tools, materials, etc, were placed and stored neatly as well as all trash removed. The work was completed in about two weeks that ended with a walk around inspection with the installers, then later with John Moore. In my personal line of work I manage contractors as well as internal maintenance crews...and this contract job was one of the best and worry free services ever. We have had many people stop by and comment on the excellent job. Hats off to your employees. Wingler is very lucky to have employees like John and his crew Denny, Sonny, and Scott. They are a great team to work with! Thanks again for a great job. We are a very pleased and satisfied customer!"

Sorry I don't know the names of the crew John Moore sent to do the siding...they were fast and good - what a combination (which Alpine Exteriors were not). I wish my kitchen had been on the TV show of the "Unbelievable Makeover." I never realized how pathetic my original kitchen was until your crew came and a fantastic re-do took place. The initial contact with Mike Bullock and his help got us started, then the support team of the appliances, Lang Stone, Scioto Kitchens were informative, helpful and professional. I appreciate having resources that know what they are doing and nothing has to be "undone" or corrected to get the finished project. All glitches were addressed immediately and solved in a like manner, thank you. I would especially like to thank Mike Diamond as he is truly a gem! He was there on time, worked with the skill of a genius, gave fantastic suggestions, helped with changes, and cleaned up before leaving at the end of each day. I think when you have someone with his talent that will call me to suggest I change from a "knob" seriously! His work on the cabinets and molding is absolutely masterful. Everyone who now enters the kitchen area is stunned...literally...at the finished project and isn't that a nice reflection of your company! I wouldn't hesitate to brag about who did my remodeling. Many thanks to the staff, and the proof that even small jobs get full attention, total professional knowledge and skilled workmanship. IT IS FINISHED! Can't remember what it is? It's the gazebo!
On November 8th, NARI members finished this very long, problematic, labor-intensive community service project. The city has been called for final inspection and we await those final words...

I want to personally thank you and all of the members who contributed to getting this project done. It was certainly a challenge over the two year period of time it took to overcome all of its challenges. But non-the-less, it is finished and we thank you. I'm sure that many seniors in the Americrest area will enjoy get-togethers there and will reminisce about the many days and hours spent with NARI members getting the project completed. I hope we can continue to look positively to future community service projects. Your support is truly appreciated.

The new siding was finished on our house Wed. August 2. The crew that worked with us and put it on was Sonny and Denny. We are very pleased with the way it looks. This crew was always very polite and worked with us in every detail. They always were cognizant of our desires and put the customer first at all times. When we asked any questions they were very good about working with us and answering our questions to the fullest. It got very hot before it was all done but that did not stop them from still putting our desires and the quality of the work first. At times they had to come up with ways of making the little details different than normal. They were very capable of working with the materials to make things work out right in a professional manner. After work each day they were always very good about cleaning up the area which was greatly appreciated.
